Help with bitcomet 0.70 setup?

am trying to download a program called bitcomet 0.70. in the setup, it freezes with an error message of:

Error opening file for writing


c:\Program Files\Bitcomet\Favourite.xml


Press Abort to stop installation


Press Retry to try again


Press Ignore to skip the file





I was wondering if anybody has had the same problem and if so how they have dealt with it.
