these are reported as problems. I have a PSTN connection (56 kbps).
My PC restarts every time I try to connect to internet!?
borrow a friends computer to download and put ccleaner, spybot, lavasoft and any other programs on a cd, then put it in your computer and install them it will clean up some stuff, it might be spyware doing this.
Reply:When windows crashes it dumps the information currently on the memory to a file in a hope to recover any open documents. This is called mini dump(first line, and second line is the file name and location of the dump file). If problem happens only when you try to connect to internet, it is an hardware issue most likely your modem. Replace your modem.
