Go to ATI Technology's website and download the drivers you may have an incorrect driver for the graphics card also if this does not work use another operating system. I had a problem with the Nvidia Geforce fx 5200 on Windows 98 so I use Windows ME and it works with the same drivers. If this does not work buy a new graphics card.
Reply:Have you tried a basic video card to see if this works? If it does, then most likely it is your video card. If not, it could be something more. Did you check to see if this Video card is compatible with your current system? Are there other computer resources using this PCI slot?
Reply:you need to run a virus scan as soon as possable ?
