I keep getting an error message that says I have a corrupt file on Yahoo Messenger. I have tried deleting the file but it won't work. I have tried starting the computer in safe mode but that won't work either. The file path is:
c:\PROGRAM FILES\Yahoo!\MESSENGER\Cache\c5ASi_4FmLZ... It tells me to run chkdsk which I did several times and it didn't work. Does anyone have any info on this?
How do I delete a corrupt file from yahoo?
Uninstall YM and redownload and install it again.
