How do i remove ID's from the drop list?

I am kinda frustrating right now because, I already followed some of the advice regarding on how to delete or remove the ids from the drop list starting from C:\ProgramFiles\Yahoo\Messenger\Cache and you will going to find those file name that end with conversationhistory.xml or something like this. I already did this, but still when i log in back to my messenger, still the name over the drop list are still there...Now its kinda frustrating, i need your help. Thank you

if you are unable to locate and successfully remove the conversationhistory.xml file try cleaning out your entire cache directory..

Reply:The drop list on your messenger is your aliases. To get rid of those, you need to delete the aliases.





Go to http://members.yahoo.com and click on View My Profiles and delete the one/s you no longer want. Then they are no longer on your drop list.
