Everytime I try to plug it in I get the blue screen and after I restart the computer it says that the error was this:

When I click additional info it says this:
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER...
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER...
It never use to do this before. How can I fix it?
