Can you tell specific function of each programing language..??
C is a standard early programming language, it's fast and efficient and lots of linux operating systems use this. C++ is object orientated but otherwise extremely similar to C. C# and C++ are extremely similar although most people prefer C++.

VB is a Windows version of C programming languages, it's easier to understand and any .net package has a gui to use to make it all pretty.

Unix shell is a script package for carrying out lots of commands one after another, due to the sheer quantity of commands it has been described as a programming language and all of unix can be maintained through shell commands or the CLI.

ASP is a web page type thing which works closely with SQL and such, its a microsoft only type thing and is fairly popular for people making pages they plan to put on Windows servers, although unix servers also offer chillisoft ASP. the .net extension is just the gui I think to make it easier to manage.

JAVA has lots in common with C++ and has become a popular programming language due to the fact it can be inbedded into web pages. Java has so much in common with C++ there are even C++ to java converters, it is also object orientated. J2EE is java 2 enterprise edition it's an environment for deploying java not a programming language.

SQL is server query language, it allows you to write code which interfaces with a database, PHP and SQL compliment eachother well and forums and sites using databases will often use this code combination although it also works will with ASP.

DHTML is dynamic HTML and is a none specific term for html pages that change often such as news pages where the headlines are different each day, it essentially means a minimum ammount of code is written and it dramatically changes the page.
