Windows XP Blue Screen Error?

Lately i have been getting a windows blue screen error at random times, pretty repeatedly. It tells me to restart the computer so i do. When it restarts i get "windows has recovered from a serious error" message. It also includes the files


C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini091707-01.dmp


C:\DOCUME~1\Ryan\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2.tm...





in the error report, please help me! I have no idea what is wrong!

Reply:cant give computer guy enough thumbs up. also get a good fire wall and upgrade your anti-virus software, do a full scandisc and defrag for your machine. you can get a good and free fire wall from www.zonealarm.com and a free anti-virus from avg.com. and stop downloading stuff that will mess your machine up.
