My computer caller ID is shutting down my computer when I get a call. Does anyone else have this problem?

This has happened twice in the past two weeks. It's never happened before. When I get a call, the caller ID displays on my computer, giving me the option to answer or ignore. When I click answer, my computer will restart. When it comes up again I get the message that says it had a sever problem and gives me where the problem is, but I don't understand what it's trying to tell me. It says the problem happened here:


C:/docum~1/Owner~\LOCAL~Temp\\WERc984....


and also give:


C:/docum~1/Owner~\LOCAL~Temp\\WERc984....





Anyone know what happened or how to diagnose or fix it? Thank you

Disable your call waiting while you are online.


There is a code that you press in your phone to disable call waiting and after you are offline,you can put your call waiting back on your phone again.


There is also a way you can disable call waiting while online,by typing a * something ,I am not sure what the code is but there is a way to do it.


That will eliminate the problem you are having ,common problem and an easy fix.
