I am having a similar problem, however I am only getting the error when I try to view my form in design view?

I am receiving the following error when I try to view my WinForm in Design mode:





Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\File.xml





When I build and run the application I don't receive the error. Does anybody have an idea as to why this would happen? Why is Visual Studio looking in that path and not in the application's path?
