Ok i was wondering if some one could help me with my c5280 all in -one my scanning software stop working evertime a try run it i get *Pasing error in C:/Programs files/HP/Digital imaging/bin/hpsdoc/103.xml*
I try to update it my driver/uninstall/reinstall the software but nothin isnt working %26gt;my system is windows xp pro service pack 1,firefox /internet explorer 6.. plz help

Install service pack 2 and the other update first then uninstall the HP scanner software Reinstall That should take care of it.
Reply:unistall it and reinstall it see if that helps
